A small, hard-working construction firm based in BORACAY.
Established in 2001.
Jan Georg Hansen
Founder and Principal
Jan start his work in 1976 after finish University in Trondheim as a
Electrical Engineer.
Have working for Siemens in Norway for 15 year as project Engineer and installer af complete electrical system for small houses and hospitals.
Etablized his own company Teletrygg in 1992 and do business with care-fone system for old people in 1/3 of Norway.
Marketing and sold PABX system from Alcatel and Siemens to small and big industrial company.
Installed CCTV and door card system for bank and industri.
Siemens by the company Teletrygg in 1999 and take over all service and sale.
In Siemens we continue with low voltage system and also do new fiber optic cabel system for data communication.
2001 i quit Siemens and start as a contractor for building of small private houses.
2003 transfere to Boracay and do complete construction with several buildings.
2004 start a private building project in Buruanaga and build a main house 400sqm, annex house 300sqm, garage, 200sqm, swimmingpool and landscaping, finish with this dec 2005.
2006 renovated a private house in Balinghai with new roofing, new bath room and plumbing, new electric, new kitchen, new windows, all complete painting and tiling and landscaping.
2006 building Nigi Nigi Too and a Resort Aisa too in Bolabog beach.
2007 open a furniture carpentry and build furniture for Shangrila and other Resort and Private houses.
2009 build a private house for Margot Palu in Bolabog
2010 Bulg 4 new Bedroom in new Building in Nigi Nigi Too
2013 build 4 building with 16 bedroom in Nigi Nigi Main
2014 build new kitchen and boarding house 200sqm in Nigi Nigi Main
2015 start building 5 apartment in 2 building in Scandi Apartment total area of 1400sqm.
2016 start building of 20 apartment for Scandi Villas with 3 houses 2150 sqm
2017 start building of 36 apartment for Scandi Club Boracay with 2780 sqm and will be finish in June 2019
