ABOUT PHIL NOR LIFESTYLE

 

The companys CEO Jan Georg Hansen start his work in 1976 after finish University in Trondheim as an Electrical Engineer.

 

He has been working for Siemens in Norway for 15 year as project Engineer and installer af complete electrical system for small houses and hospitals. 

 

In 1992 he established his first own company Teletrygg specializing on Care-fone systems for elderly people. 

 

His further businesses included marketing and distribution of PABX systems from Alcatel and Siemens for both small and big industrials companies. This work inlcuded installations of CCTV, Door card systems for banks and industries.

 

Siemens aquired his company Teletrygg in 1999 and took over all services and sales.

In Siemens they continued together with Jan Georg Hansen to continue with distribution and installation of low voltage systems and included new fiber optic cabel systems for data communication to the product portfolio.

 

In 2001 he quit working with Siemens and started as a contractor for constructing private houses.

 

In 2003 he moved to Boracay and established a group of Engineers and Skilled Workers (30 to 35 depends on ongoing projects) that started the construction of several projects under the name today PHIL NOR LIFESTYLE that includes:

 

2004: Private building project in Buruanaga. A main house 400sqm, annex house 300sqm, garage, 200sqm, swimmingpool and landscaping, finish with this Dec 2006

 

2006: Renovation of a private house in Balinghai with new roofing, new bath room, new plumbing, new electric, new kitchen, new windows, all complete painting, tiling and landscaping

 

2006: Construction of Nigi Nigi Too, and Resort Aisa Too in Bolabog Beach

 

2007: Opening a furniture carpentry and build for Shangri-La and other resorts

 

2009: Construction a private house for Margot Palu in Bolabog

 

2010: Build 4 new bedrooms in the new building at Nigi Nigi Too

 

2013: Construction of 4 buildings with 16 bedroom at Nigi Nigi Main

 

2014: Build a new kitchen and boarding house of 200 sqm at Nigi Nigi Main

 

2015: Construction of 5 luxury Apartments for Scandi Boracay Inc, total area of 1400sqm

 

2016 - 2017: New construction with start in January 2016 and finish in April  2017, Scandi Villas consisting of 20 apartments, total area of 2150sqm.

2018 - 2021. Development and building a Resort on the Beach in Santa Fe, Tablas Romblon on a property 8000 sqm. Build kitchen Restaurant and Bar, Grill-Bar, Bakery, Dive-Center, 2 Villas 112 sqm, 4 studio units, Staff House, Large swimming pool 400sqm with 4 Islands. Name is Pili Beach Resort Agmanic.

2017 - 2022: New construction in connection to Scandi. The new one have name Scandi Club Boracay and we start in July 2017 with foundation and finish with 36 Apartment in December 2019, total area of 2780sqm.

2020 - 2021 Developed a Resort on a property 4.500 sqm, with 3 main Villas 2 bedroom, Staff house and Garage in Brgy Agmanic Santa Fe beside Pili Beach Resort.

Name is Kia Ora Beach Resort.
